Booking
* The tariff is subject to change from time to time, and guests are reminded to confirm when booking
* A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one days tariff per person is required to secure a booking
* From 1st April to the end of October, the minimum stay for advanced bookings is for 2 nights, unless a room is available at the last minute (usually on the day of arrival itself or the day before).
General Terms
* The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any property lost on the premises
* Breakfast: 08:30 to 10:00
* Car parking for 10 cars is available on-site, alternative road-side parking is also available
* Free wifi internet access available in most rooms and throughout the building and gardens.
Payment
* Cheques within the limit of your cheque guarantee card will be accepted immediately. Cheques in excess of your cheque guarantee card will require payment at least five clear business days in advance of departure
* Payments can be made by debit card or cash
* Payments with credit card will incur a small surcharge

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the hotel at any time; this includes all bedrooms, the whole of ground floor, the gardens and the car park. For your information almost every one of our guests to date are in favour of this policy.
